Our products are covered by a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. Shipping

Orders placed before 3 pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Standard delivery is £3.10 and usually arrives within 2–5 working days. Fast delivery is £4.99. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.

Returns

We offer free UK returns via Evri within 90 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unworn and undamaged, with their original packaging and tags.

To start a return, log in to My Account and submit a return request. If you checked out as a guest, please email support@orbist.co.uk with your order number. Once approved, we will send you a prepaid Evri return label.
