SHIPPING

Orders placed via https://orbist.co.uk can only be accepted from, and delivered to, residents from the UK (includes England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales and the Channel Islands). Regrettably we cannot deliver outside of the UK.

For shipping across the UK, our preferred and primary carrier is Evri. When and if required we may use our alternative carriers. 

Orders placed before 3 pm on a working day will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed on a non-working day or after 3 pm on Friday will be dispatched the next working day (for our purposes a ‘working day’ is Monday to Friday, not including bank or public holidays). 

 

 

SHIPPING CHARGES

We offer two options for delivery.

-  Standard delivery option which is sent via Evri is £3.10. These orders would be delivered within 2-5 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on the exact location that the goods are to be delivered to.

-  Fast delivery service costs £4.99 per order and offers the option of delivery within 2 days (excluding Sunday). For orders placed before 11 am on a working day we will aim to have these delivered via Evri the next business day.

 

ORDER TRACKING 

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a notification email with a tracking number and carrier link. You may also check your order and tracking statuses on our website. Simply log in to your My Account, click your "Order #", follow to "Shipping Details" and click the "Tracking Link"

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your package is reading as delivered, but you still haven't received it, it might still be on its way. Be sure to check behind any large objects or within doorways where your package may be hidden. If your package has still not turned up by the end of the day, please let us know, and we will contact Evri on your behalf to open an investigation. We will keep you posted about the status of the investigation.

All packages are insured through Evri. Packages presumed lost or stolen will need to be investigated through Evri and reimbursement up to the amount of the order will be delivered upon completion of the investigation.

We are unable to replace packages that have been stolen after delivery.

 

REFUSED, UNCLAIMED AND WRONG-ADDRESS SHIPMENTS

 The customer is responsible for the original shipping fees and any additional fees incurred to return the products to our warehouse (including return postage, handling) if shipments are refused, unclaimed, or provided with a wrong address.

Should any corrections need to be made to any incorrect shipping information at the fault of the customer, and delivery re-attempted, the cost of delivery re-attempt (as charged by the courier) will be added to your payment and charged to the method used for the purchase.
